# Interface & Navigation

## Navigation & Sidebar Overview

The vertical sidebar on the left is your primary tool for navigating through the Eyerod platform. It allows you to switch between workspace modules and manage your account.

{% endcolumn %}
{% endcolumns %}

* **Module Icons:** Access essential tools such as **Overview, Map, Albums, Site Log,** and **Items** directly from the compact icon menu.
* **Notifications & Settings:** Manage system alerts and platform preferences using the icons at the bottom.

{% endcolumns %}

* **Labels & Descriptions:** By clicking the menu icon at the top, you can expand the sidebar to see the full names of each module. This is especially helpful for new users to understand the platform's structure.

### Sidebar System Controls & Personalization

Beyond project navigation, the lower sidebar offers tools to customize your workspace and track real-time system activities.

### Real-Time Notifications&#x20;

The **Notifications** panel acts as a dynamic newsfeed for the project, allowing users to track operational activities through a structured interface:

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/DK6WIuH9JIhRiNkeqdIU" alt="" width="324"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

* **Priority Status:** Each notification is categorized by its impact (e.g., High). High-priority alerts typically refer to successful or failed flight summaries (e.g., "Gün sonu uçuş özeti"), helping managers react quickly to field data.
* **Mark all as read:** Located at the top right, this feature allows users to clear their notification badge instantly with a single click.
* **Advanced Navigation:**
  * **Page Tracking:** Displays your current position within the notification history&#x20;
  * **Arrow Controls:** Users can move forward/backward by one page or use the Double Arrow icons to jump directly to the very first or very last page of the history.
* **Scroll & View:** A dedicated scroll bar allows for quick browsing through the 10 most recent alerts per page, while precise timestamps ensure chronological accuracy.

### Visual Theme Customization

The platform supports theme toggling to optimize readability in various environments:

{% endcolumn %}
{% endcolumns %}

* **Dark Mode:** Perfect for reducing eye strain during long sessions or when working in low-light indoor settings.
* **Light Mode:** Provides high contrast and clarity, making the screen much easier to read in bright, sunny conditions.

### Language & Localization

To support global stakeholders, the interface can be localized instantly:
