# Items

## General Management Overview

The Items module serves as the technical backbone of the Eyerod platform. It is designed for administrators to create a structured database of all site activities, ensuring that every piece of data logged in the Site Log corresponds to a pre-defined technical item.

### Navigation Hub

The top navigation bar acts as the global filter for the Items module. It allows administrators to switch between different data environments seamlessly.

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/zYaP233kYOoKAojuGP7d" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

* **Stakeholder Selection:** By clicking on the specific tabs, the entire page content dynamically updates to show the specific inventory and teams belonging to that organization.
* **Active Context Indicator:** The selected stakeholder is highlighted with a white background and a "main" badge where applicable, indicating the primary data stream being viewed.

### Entity-Specific Workspace Views

Depending on which organization is selected, the system displays the relevant manufacturing schedules:

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="YEO " %}

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/eI1Y3aTmPDEIN5sgq0wX" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="KARADENİZ" %}

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/YqHVcRI5zKjONCfCNPdS" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="SOLTECH" %}

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/63xhJxnjka3lF4TAyCVN" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>
{% endtab %}
{% endtabs %}

* **YEO Context:** Focuses on specialized mechanical tasks.
* **KARADENİZ Context:** Manages extensive electrical cabling and trenching works.
* **SOLTECH Context:** Dedicated view for structural mechanical installations.

### Adding New Site Logs

The "+" button at the end of the menu is a high-level administrative tool.

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/FFq24PQNYr053s2QtDXC" alt="" width="431"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

* **Add New Site Log:** Clicking this opens a modal where you can define a new project category or log stream.
* **Creation Workflow:** Simply enter the Site Log Name, select the Main status if required, and click Create to initialize a new tracking environment.

## Structural Data Management

The **Items** module uses a nested structure. Users first define a Group (category) and then add specific Items (tasks) within that group. This organization ensures that field data is easily filterable and logically archived.

### Defining Groups

Administrators can create top-level categories to house related work packages.

{% column valign="middle" %}

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/PeXS6l6Ym8xynVCrg0T6" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>
{% endcolumn %}
{% endcolumns %}

* **Add Group:** Clicking this button opens a modal where you can define the group name.
* **Multi-language Support:** To support international teams, group names are entered in both English (e.g., *Mechanical Works*) and Turkish (e.g., *Mekanik İşler*).
* **Organization Binding:** Each group is assigned to a specific stakeholder to maintain data isolation.

### Unified Table Controls

Regardless of the category, all tables in the Items module share the same advanced management tools.

{% endcolumn %}
{% endcolumns %}

* **Column Customization:** Use the Columns dropdown to toggle technical metrics like *Unit, Description,* or *Final State Quantity*.

{% endcolumn %}
{% endcolumns %}

* **Dynamic Item Addition:** Every group has an internal "Add Item" button at the bottom. This allows you to append new work packages to an existing schedule.

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/hTXQBAhTm8LTdxtUAdIv" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

{% endcolumn %}
{% endcolumns %}

* **Record Management:** Clicking the vertical dots on any row provides two options:
  * **Edit:** Adjust the item’s properties or target quantities.
  * **Delete:** Permanently remove the item from the project database.

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/mwd4ySov9cujffiHBS4H" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

* **Data Navigation:** The footer of each table includes pagination controls. You can set the Rows per page (10, 20, 50) and flip through pages using the arrows to manage hundreds of records efficiently.

## Manufacturing & Operational Schedules

The platform automatically separates site activities into four specialized manufacturing schedules:

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/hgHJDLD5zk1turhWGPtU" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

**Operational Personnel:** Manages human resources and technical teams&#x20;

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/TPTc34h5tFlMOvDd67aM" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

* **Electrical Manufacturing Schedule:** Tracks electrical work packages such as *LV Cabling, MV Cabling,* and *Inverter Installation*.

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/0tdcVzAqnOuoEkbl0awx" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

* **Fence Manufacturing Schedule:** Tracks perimeter security infrastructure like *Wire Fence Posts* and *Chain Link Mesh*.

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/6wZMtM59hhgwv3RHkx9E" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

* **Mechanical Manufacturing Schedule:** Monitors structural progress, including *Column Installation, Purlin Lifting,* and *Bracing*.
